Refund policy

GoCoop Solutions and Services offers the following return or refund policy for the products transacted through the www.thegoodloom.com website.

If a product or produce does not substantially confirm to the description, quantity and quality specified on the website, then within 7 (seven) days from delivery of the product you should make a complaint to thegoodloom@gocoop.com or make a complaint through the website.

Please provide details of the issue with the produce/ produce at the time of filing the complaint.

Please courier, at your own cost, the item back to the address provided by GoCoop Solutions and Services for this purpose within 10 (ten) days from its receipt by you.

Upon receiving the item, our team shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint and if valid and genuine we may replace the entire product or a part thereof, depending on the extent of the non-compliance with the description, quantity and quality.

Please note that a return or refund is not possible for: 

Fabric orders. Once the fabric is cut from the entire length, as per the order, we will not be able to resell the same.

damage due to misuse;
any item which has been used;
any item that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product/s delivered;
items for which original tags and packaging is not intact;
